Qualified & experienced

Nick is a qualified and accredited EMDR practitioner. His EMDR training is formally recognised through the EMDRAA (EMDR Association of Australia), reflecting his commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. He has further extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support his clients. By drawing on these approaches, Nick tailors each session to meet your unique needs, helping you manage anxiety, ease stress, and build lasting resilience.

Our services

EMDR Therapy 

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and release stuck memories or experiences, reducing anxiety’s grip and supporting emotional balance.

EMDR can help people with anxiety, ADHD or performance challenges reframe unhelpful beliefs, improve emotional regulation, and adapt strategies for greater focus and confidence. It’s also effective for managing overthinking, performance pressure, or lingering emotional tension, helping clients move forward with clarity, calm and confidence.

 

Psychotherapy & Counselling
Our work combines psychotherapy (to explore patterns, emotions, and underlying experiences) with counselling (which provides practical tools) to support anxiety, ADHD, and performance challenges. Sessions draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and develop clarity — so you can approach life and work with greater focus and confidence.

Suitable for managing anxiety, stress, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, and performance pressure. Delivered online across Australia or in-person on the Sunshine Coast.

How we work

Nick combines his training in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, ACT, and Internal Family Systems to create sessions tailored to your unique needs. By blending evidence-based Western approaches with principles of Eastern philosophy, such as mindfulness and self-awareness, you’ll gain tools and strategies to manage anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and performance pressure, while building lasting clarity, focus, and balance in daily life.
