Hi, I’m Nick. I help people manage mild to moderate anxiety, stress, burnout, and overthinking. Whether it’s persistent worry, performance pressure, or difficulty winding down, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to process, reflect, and move forward.

I know first-hand what it’s like to live with anxiety, and this lived experience shapes the way I support my clients today.
