Guiding you through Anxiety, ADHD, and Performance Blocks
Hi, I’m Nick.
I help people experiencing anxiety, challenges with focus, attention, or executive function, and performance blocks. Whether it’s persistent worry, difficulty concentrating, or pressure to perform, my goal is to provide a supportive space for you to process, reflect, and move forward.
I also bring lived experience with attention and focus challenges alongside anxiety and performance stress, which shapes how I support my clients today, with empathy, understanding, and practical guidance, not just clinical knowledge.

EMDR accreditation
Nick is an accredited EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner, formally recognised through the EMDRAA (EMDR Association of Australia) for meeting rigorous training and practice standards. This means when he uses EMDR, you know you’re getting high quality care.

Our approach
Therapy works best when it’s collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. Each session is guided by what you need most. Whether it's exploring the deeper roots of your anxiety, navigating ADHD-related challenges or overcoming performance blocks, where here to walk the path with you in unlocking your full potential.
Therapy with a difference
We understand the challenge of managing life’s demands while trying to stay calm, focused, and authentic. Nick’s style is grounded, real-world, and empathetic. What sets Nick apart from many other therapists is that he blends Western evidence-based therapies (EMDR, ACT, IFS & CBT) with Eastern principles of mindfulness and self-awareness. Together, these tools don’t just ease anxiety or ADHD-related overwhelm; they help you build clarity, confidence, resilience, and deeper inner balance — so you can perform at your best while staying connected to yourself.
